application software\nDerive software requirements from higher-level system architectures\nDrive best-practice software engineering, including secure development and automated testing\nPromote and C++ development experience\nExperience in one or more of the following:\nEmbedded software development (Bare Metal and/or RTOS)\nEmbedded Linux application, kernel or driver development\nStrong understanding of software architecture and design principles\nExperience applying object-oriented design and SOLID principles\nKnowledge of modern software development practices, including testing and verification\nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring or team guidance\nDesirable\nRust\nJavaScript, Node.js or React\nTCP/IP and communications protocols\nCI/CD and automated test frameworks\nSecure coding standards (e.g. MISRA)\nUML, SysML or model-based development tools\nRequirements management tools such as DOORS\nSecurity Requirements\nDue to the nature of the
