This is a permanent role aligned to a high-profile hospital project, working closely with operational, project and commercial stakeholders to deliver compliant, best-value procurement outcomes across projects and categories.\nLocation / working pattern:\n Onsite 5 days per week for the first 3 months (project mobilisation / embedding phase)\nThen hybrid: typically 2 days from home (pattern to be agreed)\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end procurement activity across facilities management / healthcare categories and project requirements\nDeliver procurement for projects and packages (from sourcing strategy through tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award)\nSupport category procurement activity, ensuring commercial value, compliance and supplier performance\nBuild and manage tender lists, run market engagement, prepare enquiry packs, manage clarifications, and produce award recommendations\nDrive supply chain management: supplier relationship management, performance reviews, risk management and continuous improvement\nPartner with operational and project teams to align procurement delivery to programme, timelines, and service requirements\nMaintain visibility of procurement pipeline activity, reporting progress, risks, opportunities and savings/value outcomes\nJob Requirements:\nEssential\nProven facilities management procurement experience within a healthcare environment (or directly comparable setting)\nDemonstrable experience procuring projects / project-led requirements, not just BAU purchasing\nStrong supply chain management capability (supplier performance, risk, relationship management)\nExperience across category procurement (strategy, sourcing, stakeholder alignment)\nConfident stakeholder management, able to work closely with operational, technical and commercial teams\nDesirable\nExperience supporting large, complex programmes / live operational environments\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to balance cost, risk, performance and service outcomes\nBenefits:\nSalary: £55,000-£70,000 (depending on experience)\nCar allowance: £5,900 or company car\nBonus: 14% team bonus (discretionary)\nPermanent opportunity on a
