This role offers the opportunity to oversee significant capital investment programmes supporting critical national infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and deliver a programme of major construction and estate projects.\nManage project lifecycles from concept, design and procurement through to handover.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nOversee programme governance, reporting, risk management and financial performance.\nEnsure compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practice.\nManage contractors, consultants and supply chain partners.\nDrive programme performance across safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.\nEssential Experience\nExtensive programme or project management experience within construction, estates, civil engineering or infrastructure environments.\nProven track record delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.\nStrong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and experience acting as Client Representative, Project Sponsor or similar.\nExperience managing NEC contracts and construction procurement activities.\nStrong stakeholder management and leadership skills.\nDesirable\nDegree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.\nAPM, PRINCE2 or Chartered professional accreditation.\nExperience within
