Working alongside technical specialists, consultants and stakeholders, you will oversee projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.\nThe Role\nAs Estates Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple construction and facilities-related projects from inception through to completion.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManaging the full project lifecycle, from planning, approvals and procurement through to delivery and handover\nLeading project teams and ensuring effective coordination between internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors\nCreating and maintaining project programmes, budgets and cost plans\nDriving a strong health and safety culture across all projects\nManaging external consultants and specialist contractors\nOverseeing project documentation, governance and change control processes\nMonitoring project risks, progress and performance, providing regular reporting to stakeholders\nEnsuring projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards\nAbout You\nWe are looking for a motivated project professional with experience delivering construction, infrastructure or estates-based projects within a complex environment.\nEssential experience:\nStrong understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and project delivery stages\nKnowledge of UK Building Regulations\nWorking knowledge of CDM Regulations\nExperience administering or working with NEC3 contracts\nAt least 3 years' experience leading teams to successfully deliver construction projects\nProven ability to manage budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholders\nQualifications:\nHND/HNC, degree, professional accreditation (such as APM), or Chartered status in
