engagement.\nResponsibilities\nDeveloping and managing construction programmes that are realistic, contractually compliant, and reflect how work actually happens on site.\nProducing and maintaining NEC3/NEC4 programmes for submission and acceptance, and updating them in line with the contract.\nMonitoring progress on site, identifying delays, and working with the site management team to implement mitigation strategies.\nReviewing compensation events and variations, and producing robust evidence to support contractual claims.\nSupporting commercial teams with programme related input into cost and resource planning.\nKeeping everyone informed from site teams to clients, with clear progress updates and honest forecasts.\nWorking with our project teams across the Hampshire, Dorset & Salisbury area.\nDeveloping tender programmes and supporting the preconstruction team with competitive tenders.\nWorking with our Bridgend & Ringwood Office and sites across the South West, building strong relationships with stakeholders and operational teams.\nSupporting junior planners and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking planning team.\nSkills/experience/qualifications\nExperience using either Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 or MS Project is essential.\nStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nRelevant experience as a Planner is preferred but not essential, ideally a background in engineering or site/project management.\nGood understanding of contracts.\nExperience in a range of civil engineering projects.\nExperience in the Water Sector.\nBenefits\nSalary in the £50-65k range depending on experience\nHybrid working but with site visits, candidate will need to be
