The role will contribute to product development, product life cycle activity, event-related issue control and the continuous improvement of unique, world-leading motorsport products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver continuous improvement activity through the primary workstreams identified within the Quality Management Office strategic roadmap\nSupport the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System, including audits and training\nProvide quality engineering support to Engineering and Technology colleagues across product development and product life cycle activities\nSupport the management of standard operating protocols to promote operational and product robustness\nAssist with the deployment of containments and resolutions for issues identified during motorsport events\nProcess event-related inputs and outputs concerning product and issue control\nMaintain Engineering and Technology KPIs and support objective analysis to drive proactive action\nManage supplier quality assurance activities and maintain constructive supplier relationships\nSome travel within the UK and internationally is required.\nJob Requirements:\nExperience in quality engineering and supplier quality engineering within an appropriate industry\nUnderstanding of product engineering from specification through to product life cycle management\nKnowledge of engineering processes used to support product development\nAbility to use structured problem-solving tools and techniques to deliver robust solutions\nUnderstanding of risk management, including the identification of pragmatic mitigation measures\nExperience analysing complex data, identifying trends and using findings to support proactive action\nUnderstanding of Quality Management Systems and experience supporting structured audits of standard operating procedures\nStrong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, analytical and adaptable approach\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or similar database and collaboration systems\nKnowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools\nAwareness of Microsoft Project would be beneficial\nUnderstanding of supplier quality management and data-driven issue resolution\nAbility to communicate clear, objective solutions at all levels of an organisation\nQualifications and Additional Requirements:\nA relevant engineering qualification, such as a BEng, would be desirable\nRelevant product or quality/supplier engineering experience\nMotorsport engineering or motorsport operational experience would be advantageous\nA current UK driving licence is required\nA genuine passion for motorsport and pride in contributing to a world-leading product\nWhat the Role Offers:\nOpportunity to contribute to high-profile motorsport engineering and operational activities\nInvolvement in quality improvement, product development and motorsport event support\nExposure to Quality Management Systems, supplier quality and advanced data analysis\nIf you are a proactive and detail-focused Quality Engineer with experience in supplier quality and product engineering, this fixed-term opportunity offers the chance to make a real contribution within the motorsport and automotive sector.
