This permanent position is within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, providing crucial commercial support on both live projects and tender opportunities within the power sector.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct monthly internal reporting through the CVR and internal commercial management procedures.\nConduct monthly reporting to the client in accordance with the contract and the client periodical reporting procedure.\nDevelop activity schedules and submit monthly valuations to optimise cash flow and control subcontractor accounts.\nDrive the recovery of outstanding monies and ensure all queries are fully resolved promptly.\nIdentify commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering, and change events.\nManage change events in line with the contract, from early warnings to implementation.\nProduce cost estimates and subcontract enquiries for tender proposals and compensation events.\nMaintain the project's adherence to payment timescales and manage sub-contracts through to Final Account agreement.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related subject with suitable experience, or equivalent qualifications.\nExperience within the Power Transmission & Distribution sector is preferred.\nAwareness and experience with NEC3/NEC4 forms of contract (Options A and C).\nStrong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office suite programs.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.\nExperience in project
