With a growing pipeline of work and a strong presence in the data centre sector, they're looking to add a Project Quantity Surveyor to their London team.\nThis is an opportunity to join a consultancy where you'll have genuine responsibility, direct client exposure and the chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional projects.\nWhat you'll be doing\nManaging cost and commercial aspects of major construction projects from inception through to completion.\nWorking closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nProviding both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services.\nTaking ownership of project deliverables and proactively managing commercial risks.\nSupporting the delivery of large-scale data centre developments and other technically complex projects.\nBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships.\nWhat we're looking for\nDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.\nAround 3-5+ years' experience within a consultancy or client-side environment.\nExperience working on construction-stage data centre projects is highly desirable.\nStrong understanding of cost management, procurement and contract administration.\nExperience acting in a PQS or CQS capacity would be advantageous.\nExposure to mechanical and electrical packages is a significant plus.\nChartered (MRICS) or currently working towards chartership.\nStrong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.\nMotivated, proactive and keen to develop your career within a growing consultancy.\nWhy consider this opportunity?\nThis isn't the type of consultancy where you'll spend years hidden behind spreadsheets.
