We're looking for a Research Engineer to help build the next generation of real-time speech and language AI. You'll work at the intersection of research and engineering, turning state-of-the-art models into scalable, production-ready systems.

What you'll do:

  • Deploy and optimize AI models for real-time speech and language applications.
  • Build training, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines.
  • Take models from research to production and improve performance at scale.
  • Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, speech AI, or transformer-based models.
  • Strong PyTorch skills and familiarity with model training and optimization.
  • Experience building reliable, high-performance systems.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to solving complex technical problems.

Bonus: Experience with ASR, RAG, conversational AI, or large-scale inference systems.
