management principles and security best practice\nUnderstanding of monitoring, incident response and operational risk management\nAbility to identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to provide technical advice to varied stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving skills and a user, service and risk-focused
