wastewater and environmental infrastructure projects.\nAdministration of NEC4 Option C Target Cost Contracts.\nManagement of compensation events, change control and contract compliance.\nPreparation of cost reports, forecasts, cash flow projections and financial reviews.\nProcurement and commercial management of subcontractors.\nSupporting project teams in identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.\nWorking collaboratively with operational, design and client teams to achieve successful project outcomes.\nAssisting with target cost development, forecasting and cost recovery.\nSkills/experience/qualifications\nExtensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure sectors.\nStrong knowledge and practical experience of NEC 3 or 4 Option C contracts.\nExperience managing compensation events, change management and target cost mechanisms.\nExcellent commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nExperience working within the water sector.\nExperience working
