Site Manager

Our client, a specialist organisation within the transmission and distribution and oil and gas sectors, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee gas distribution projects on a permanent basis. The role will focus on the safe and efficient delivery of gas mains replacement works, coordinating site activities and supporting successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations for gas distribution and mains replacement projects
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements
• Monitoring progress, quality and compliance across the site
• Maintaining accurate site records, reports and work documentation
• Identifying and addressing operational issues to support timely project delivery
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety procedures and industry standards

Job Requirements:

• Experience in site management within gas distribution, utilities, transmission and distribution or the oil and gas sector
• Strong understanding of gas mains replacement works and associated site activities
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements for utility and construction environments
• Ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors effectively
