acceptance and support.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop software for automated test, simulation, measurement and control systems\nDesign and integrate solutions with instrumentation, DAQ and communications interfaces\nSupport system integration, verification, debugging and fault finding\nProduce high-quality code, documentation and test evidence\nParticipate in design reviews, FAT/SAT activities and customer acceptance testing\nWork closely with customers, project teams and engineering disciplines\nEssential Skills & Experience\nDegree, HND/HNC or equivalent experience in Software, Computer Science, Electronics or a related discipline\nExperience developing software for engineering, industrial or equipment-based systems\nStrong skills in one or more of:C/C++\nC#\nPython\nLabVIEW\nTestStand\n\nUnderstanding of software architecture, development lifecycles and source control\nExperience testing and debugging within an engineering environment\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nDesirable Experience\nAerospace, defence, space, rail or other regulated industries\nAutomated Test Equipment (ATE), HIL or real-time systems\nInstrument control, DAQ and switching systems\nProtocols such as CAN, ARINC 429, AFDX, TCP/IP, Serial or MIL-STD-1553\nModern C++, multithreaded or event-driven applications\nCI/CD,
