# Sourcing Manager

A leading infrastructure services organisation requires a Sourcing Manager to support the delivery of strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a diverse range of goods, services and works categories. Applicants should have experience delivering complex procurement exercises, developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships and operating within a regulated procurement environment, ideally with knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023, PCR, UCR, DSCR etc. Working within the Group Procurement function, the Sourcing Manager will support the delivery of business procurement and category strategies, largely through the delivery of PA 23 compliant tendering and sourcing activities. Specific duties of the Sourcing Manager include: Deliver complex procurements for goods, services, works contracts, frameworks and dynamic markets. Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across the wider business. Ensure procurement activity is compliant with public sector procurement processes (PA 23) Work closely with stakeholders to align procurement activity with business objectives and category strategies.
