This role will support production planning, procurement and material supply activities, ensuring components are available in line with project and customer requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan production and material supply activities to support agreed build and consumption dates\nCommunicate demand plans clearly to suppliers, production teams and project stakeholders\nMaintain accurate ERP data, including supplier commitment dates, lead times, minimum order quantities and Bills of Materials\nCreate and maintain clear-to-build reports, highlighting constraints, risks and required actions\nIdentify, manage and resolve material supply issues in a timely manner\nProvide inputs into S&OP and MRP processes and manage resulting actions\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and the Shipping and Logistics Controller\nMonitor supplier performance KPIs and support supplier and process improvement initiatives\nJob Requirements:\nExperience in procurement, buying, supply chain planning or supply chain analysis within a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of supply chain control, material requirements planning and production planning\nExperience creating and controlling Bills of Materials\nPractical experience using an ERP system and maintaining accurate supply chain data\nStrong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent organisational skills with a flexible and solutions-focused approach\nEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers\nGood commercial awareness and supplier relationship management skills\nHNC, HND, degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant business, procurement or supply chain discipline\nRight to work in the UK, as Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
