Responsibilities:\nOversee engineering projects through the full project lifecycle, from execution strategy through to delivery\nEnsure compliant products and services are delivered on time and within project objectives and requirements\nAct as the primary engineering point of contact for project stakeholders\nDrive continuous improvement through the introduction of innovative engineering management experience within the aerospace, defence or wider engineering industry\nStrong understanding of engineering project lifecycles, delivery strategies, budgets and compliance requirements\nExperience providing technical leadership and making informed engineering decisions\nKnowledge of aerospace engineering products, systems or programmes\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to work effectively with global customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams\nStrong problem-solving, organisational and continuous improvement skills\nContract
