You'll work closely with Engineering and Production teams while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping develop the skills of those around you.\nKey Responsibilities\nWiring complex assemblies using technical drawings, circuit diagrams and work instructions\nInstallation of terminals and high-density multi-pin connectors\nSoldering of complex electrical assemblies and surface mount devices\nAssembly of control cabinets, racks, frames and associated metalwork\nManufacturing and testing cable looms\nPCB assembly, repair and modification\nConducting verification and validation checks on completed assemblies\nMaintaining accurate production documentation, ERP records and traceability data\nSupporting continuous improvement activities across the production team\nCollaborating with Engineering teams on new product development and manufacturing methods\nActing as a technical mentor and supporting skills development within the team\nPromoting and maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential\nQualification or proven practical experience in electrical assembly\nSignificant experience within a manufacturing or workshop environment\nStrong soldering skills, including high-density connectors and electronic assemblies\nAbility to interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and PCB schematics\nExcellent attention to detail and quality standards\nStrong organisational and time management skills\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines\nPositive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills\nProactive approach with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset\nDesirable\nIPC-A-610 and/or IPC-A-620 certification\nExperience working on high-reliability or
