They will also learn to inspect the products they are running using various measuring devices. Current enrollment in a CNC Technology program at a technical college is required.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nSet up and run various machines.\nInspect work using gaging and inspection devices to verify conformance to specifications.\nMeet expectations for productivity and quality and strive for continuous improvement.\nFollows guidelines established for work scheduling and understanding delivery objectives.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and lean activities. \nCollaborates with others, is open-minded, responsive, and supportive of others’ efforts to succeed.\nDemonstrates integrity by being dependable, having good judgment, being honest, and taking responsibility for their actions.\nRespectful of others, encouraging others to share their ideas, actively listening to others, and having common courtesy.\nOther duties as assigned. \nRequirements\nRequirements\nA high school diploma or equivalent is required. \nMust enroll or be enrolled in CNC Technology program as a full time student, required.\nGood attitude and self-motivated. \nGood mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.\nA willingness to learn new machining skills.\nGood mathematical skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\nFrequent walking and standing.\nOccasional bending and stooping. \nUse of hand to finger. \nLift, move, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.\nReach with hands and arms.\nNoise level is moderate.\nOccasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.\nPay, Work
