In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Mater's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring they remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business and legislative requirements.\nYou'll work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital Technology & Information teams, vendors, and end users to deliver system improvements, troubleshoot issues, manage system releases, and drive continuous improvement across our HR technology landscape.\nSalary range: $54.57 to $59.38 per hourplus superannuationand access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+ access to many staff benefits!\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs an HR System Administrator, you'll provide technical and functional support across Mater's HR systems while contributing to system improvements and business process optimisation.\nKey responsibilities include:\nPlanning, testing, and implementing system releases, fixes, enhancements, and upgrades\nMaintaining system configuration, security settings, user access, permissions, and core setup tables\nSupporting HR systems to ensure ongoing alignment with business and legislative requirements\nIdentifying, analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues and faults\nLiaising with software vendors and internal stakeholders regarding performance, availability, system reliability, and support matters\nMonitoring system interfaces, scheduled processes, integrations, and automated workflows\nDeveloping and maintaining reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting solutions\nSupporting end users through telephone, online, and face-to-face assistance\nAssisting with user documentation, training materials, guides, and system communications\nSupporting change management and incident management activities in line with ITIL principles\nContributing to system governance, security reviews, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives\nAbout you\nYou're a customer-focused systems professional who combines technical capability with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
