Working closely with a Senior HR Business Partner and operational leaders, you will identify priority leadership capability needs and deliver targeted initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, workforce performance and organisational outcomes.\nWe're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, leveraging existing workforce data, engagement insights and leadership feedback to design and implement practical capability-building solutions that create immediate value for the business.\nSalary range: $62.74 - $67.20 per hourplus superannuationandaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!\nWhat you'll be doing\nPartnering with hospital and operational leaders to identify leadership capability priorities.\nUsing workforce data and organisational insights to diagnose capability gaps and opportunities.\nDesigning and facilitating leadership development initiatives, workshops and capability programs.\nDeveloping practical leadership resources, tools and frameworks that can be scaled across the organisation.\nApplying organisational development and organisation design principles to improve team effectiveness and leadership impact.\nCoaching and influencing leaders to strengthen capability and performance outcomes.\nDelivering tangible workforce improvements within a defined project timeframe.\nAbout you\nYou are an experienced HR Business Partner with strong organisational development and facilitation skills who can quickly establish credibility with stakeholders and translate strategic workforce challenges into practical solutions.\nYou will bring\nProven HR Business Partnering experience within a complex environment.\nExperience leading leadership capability, organisational development or workforce improvement initiatives.\nStrong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.\nThe ability to analyse workforce data and rapidly develop targeted solutions.\nA pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with the confidence to operate autonomously.\nHealthcare experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.\nWhy this role?\nThis role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on leadership capability across one of Australia's leading not-for-profit healthcare organisations.
