Join the dedicated team bringing Samplize Pro to painting contractors across the country.\nWhat You'll Do \nMake high-volume outbound calls to professional painting contractors (100+ daily) \nRespond quickly to inbound opportunities and interested prospects \nBuild rapport with business owners and uncover their needs through effective discovery \nClearly communicate the value and ROI of Samplize Pro \nHandle objections and confidently ask for the sale \nFollow up with prospects by phone, email, and text \nEnroll qualified contractors and close business over the phone \nMaintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up activity in HubSpot \nMeet or exceed activity, conversion, and monthly sales goals \nWhat You’ll Bring \n1+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, or similar experience \nDemonstrated success selling over the phone \nComfortable with a high-volume outbound environment \nCompetitive, coachable, persistent, and motivated by results \nStrong communication, listening, and rapport-building skills \nComfortable discussing price, handling objections, and asking for the sale \nStrong organization and follow-up skills \nExperience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus \nExperience selling to small-business owners is a plus \nExperience in painting, home improvement, contractor services, SaaS, advertising, lead generation, or other small-business services is helpful but not required. \nRemote Work & Compensation \nThis is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. Because you'll spend much of your day speaking with customers, you must have a dedicated, professional workspace that is quiet and free from distractions, along with a reliable high-speed internet connection. \nOn-target earnings are $80,000-$100,000+ annually with uncapped commissions.
