Together, we connect consumer intelligence with customer demand generation to build lasting, profitable relationships.\nAbout the Senior Associate, Global Tracking role\nAs a Senior Associate, you will bring your understanding of consumers and a desire to influence business decisions to collaborate with like-minded professionals and support a project team.\nAs a Senior Associate, Global Tracking, you will\nUsing your attention to detail, discretionary judgment and flexibility, you will manage projects that achieve high-quality client results for Fortune 500 companies and global industry leaders.\nWrite questionnaires, manage relationships, lead all aspects of data collection, address quality control issues with programs/data tables/reports and develop report charts \nManage time efficiently to supervise and execute project components, including meeting documents, survey instruments and data analysis for multiple projects at a time\nUtilize analytical tools and thinking to discern data patterns and draw conclusions\nSupport the management of quantitative and qualitative research projects from kick off to delivery\nLearn and adapt to cutting edge technologies in order to drive efficiency\nAbout you\nYou have a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of professional experience in a related field\nCapable of working independently with general supervision\nYou have an eye for detail and a high level of accountability \nYou have a positive mentality and a strong desire to grow your career \nYou have the ability to adapt to changing priorities in an effort to meet multiple project timelines and client needs \nYou are a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills and natural curiosity \nYou enjoy intellectual challenges and working alongside like-minded peers \nYou have high level of initiative and an interest in growing as a leader and manager \nYou thrive in a team environment but also are capable of performing independently \nWhy work for Material?\nMaterial is a global company and we work with best-of-class brands worldwide.
