This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations within a multinational working environment, with exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR administration, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, documentation, filing, and administrative activities.\nAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts, HR letters, and collection of employee documentation.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, reports, and administrative trackers.\nSupport employee lifecycle activities, including new hires, employee confirmations, transfers, and exits.\nAssist with employment documentation, stamp duty administration, and compliance-related record management.\nProvide administrative support for employee benefits, payroll-related documentation, and other HR operational processes.\nAssist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events, and HR initiatives.\nSupport HR process improvements and other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.\nAble to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months, preferably 6 months.\nCandidates who can start immediately or at short notice are highly preferred.\nGood organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAble to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.\nProactive, responsible, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.\nInterest in developing a career in Human Resources, particularly HR Operations.\nWhat’s waiting for you\nWork that matters \nThe technology we build at Materialise pushes the boundaries.
