Afhankelijk van je sterktes, interesse en noden van de medical unit zal je gecross-trained worden in bepaalde taken gaande van machinevoorbereiding, post-processing, tot kwaliteitscontrole, cleaning, verpakking, verzending. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden correct, tijdig en volgens de geldende procedures, kwaliteitsnormen en klantvereisten worden uitgevoerd.\nFunctiebeschrijving:\nAlsMachine Operator ben je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en klaarzetten van machines overeenkomstig de productie-kalender. Hierbij sta je in voor een correct behandeling van de poeder en de bijhorende documentatie van alle activiteiten.\nAls Post-Processing Operator bent je verantwoordelijk voor de afwerking van titanium medische implantaten (support verwijderen, nabewerking met verschillende tools, zandstralen, …). Alsook het uitvoeren van tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles en opvolging van het tijdig afwerken van stukken\nAls Clean Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het cleanen van medische stukken in de wasstraat en inpakken in een cleanroom, dit volgens strikte procedures. Je voert routine kwaliteitscontroles uit te voeren en staat in voor het preventief onderhoud van de wasstraat en andere toestellen. Je staat in voor de dagelijkse reiniging van de cleanroom volgens opgelegde procedures.\nAls Quality Inspection Operator sta je in voor de kwaliteitscontrole van de stukken, inclusief fitting & optisch scannen. Je staat ook in voor de verpakking (incl. labeling) en verzending met criterias die verschillen per klant. Dit omvat ook opvolging van van non-conformiteiten en incoming good inspection.\nIn elke rol ben je mede-verantwoordelijk voor de orde en netheid van de medische productie. Alsook correcte documentatie van handelingen en volgens van instructies.\n Functieprofiel:\nJe hebt een middelbare school diploma, en/of een gelijkaardige kennis door ervaring\nEen eerste werkervaring en ervaring zijn een meerwaarde\nJe beschikt over computer vaardigheden als; Office, Internet, Outlook.
