As this innovative approach becomes the new standard, demand is rising rapidly, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join us on our journey.\nOur U.S. medical manufacturing operations have expanded significantly and continue to grow, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a thriving team within a global leader in medical innovation.\nPay and Benefits:\nThis is a full-time, Monday-Friday, second-shift position. Some overtime may be available, paid at 1.5 times your regular rate. Second-shift employees receive a 10% shift differential in addition to base pay, which starts at $17.67/hour (with potential for higher rates based on experience).\nWe offer paid lunches and breaks, plus a snack counter with free drinks and snacks to enjoy while working. You'll also receive 14 days of PTO upon hire (prorated for mid-year start) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days.\nAdditional benefits include free short- and long-term disability insurance and free life insurance (starting after 30 days), as well as a 401(k) with employer contributions - even if you don’t contribute.\nPlease note: relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available for this position.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare SLS, SLA, DLP, and SLM machines for builds\nPerform post-processing tasks\nConduct quality checks on surgical guides and models\nVerify accurate matching of customized products with documentation\nFollow procedures to ensure proper delivery of products\nSupport cross-training and teamwork by assisting with other activities in the medical production facility\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStrong computer skills (MS Windows; MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)\nCompletion of an administrative, medical, or technical program is a plus (e.g., administration, medical assistant)\nAbility to lift and move up to 55 lbs, occasionally including stairs\nStrong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail\nHighly organized, quick to learn new tasks\nExperience in quality checks is a plus\nFlexible with work hours to meet production needs\nFamiliarity with shipping programs (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)\nExperience in a GMP and/or ISO 13485 environment is a plus\nWhat’s waiting for you\nWork that matters \nThe technology we build at Materialise pushes the boundaries.
