Design excellence shows up in all parts of our work, from Innovation and creative strategy to digital content creation with deep roots in bringing brands to life in non-traditional ways.\nAbout the Sr. Brand Designer role at Aruliden\nWe are seeking a Senior Brand Designer with strong conceptual thinking, exceptional craft, and deep experience building brand systems across physical and digital environments. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio and are equally comfortable generating ideas, shaping visual worlds, and executing with precision. This role sits at the intersection of concept, system, craft, and ownership.\nAs a Senior Brand Designer, you will\nConceptualize and execute creative work across brand, product, digital, and experiential touchpoints\nEstablish visual tonality through image curation, typography, layout, motion-aware thinking, and storytelling\nBuild dynamic, scalable brand systems that translate across physical and digital environments\nManage projects from initiation to completion with support from Project Management\nDocument design systems in clear, comprehensive guidelines and prepare production-ready files\nEnsure high-craft execution across all deliverables\nProduce design work with strong conceptual foundations and refined execution\nShape presentations that communicate creative strategy and design decisions with clarity\nIntegrate motion thinking through storyboarding or animation direction when relevant\nCollaborate with Strategy, Industrial Design, Creative Technology, and Client teams to translate insights into creative solutions\nContribute to cohesive execution across all touchpoints\nPresent work to clients and internal teams with confidence and clarity\nProvide feedback and guidance to junior designers\nBring a culturally aware perspective to the studio and help foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and thoughtful risk-taking\nQualifications\n5-7+ years of professional design experience in a studio or agency environment\nMotion graphics skills are a plus\nPortfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand systems, art direction, and high-craft execution\nExperience designing across digital and physical applications\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion or type design tools is a plus\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nAbility to manage concurrent projects and deliver high-quality work on time\nCultural fluency with a strong pulse on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends\nPassion for design, storytelling, and building brands that create cultural impact\nWhy work for Material?\nMaterial is a global company and we work with best-of-class brands worldwide.
