Join us!\nThe Cloud Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's server infrastructure and cloud environments. This role requires strong experience in server and cloud infrastructure. The Cloud Engineer will install, maintain, and monitor server operations, evaluate hardware and software solutions, and ensure adherence to security procedures with minimal supervision.\nYou Will Have an Opportunity to:\nServer Administration\nPerform Windows server administration functions\n\nAdminister web servers and maintain Active Directory domain controllers\n\nSupport DNS and DHCP servers, print servers, and printer lifecycles\n\nPatch and upgrade servers as needed\n\nCloud and Infrastructure Support\nSupport Office 365 and Azure cloud environments\n\nSupport MECM and Intune\n\nSupport, maintain, and improve PC imaging processes\n\nMonitor and evaluate overall server infrastructure to ensure optimum performance\n\nHardware and Software Support\nImplement, and maintain server hardware and software\n\nAdminister licensing for applications including but not limited to AutoCAD, Minitab, SolidWorks, and Meridian\n\nTroubleshooting and Support\nProvide 24x7 on-call troubleshooting for server equipment and service desk escalations\n\nInstall and troubleshoot hardware/software, PCs, printers, servers, and other devices\n\nDocumentation and Process Improvement\nCreate and maintain documentation for servers, applications, and service desk procedures\n\nProvide proactive solutions and recommendations to management for issues, expansion, or security\n\nDemonstrate innovative and forward-thinking to improve processes, procedures, or performance\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field\n\nExtensive technical on-the-job experience and practical knowledge could replace academic experience\n\nExperience in the industry specializing in servers, cloud, or another specific infrastructure area\n\nMinimum of five years’ experience in a Windows server environment\n\nTechnical knowledge of current standard company applications and network operations including Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Azure, TCP/IP, Windows Server (2003-current), Lotus Notes, FTP, Spam filters, MECM, Intune, group policy, VMware, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, and DHCP\n\nPractical operating knowledge of Ethernet and WAN technology\n\nExperience with automating tasks and processes is preferred\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nEffective communication skills with management, end users, and other technicians\n\nAbility to create and modify documentation\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nSalary range: $79,200-118,800*\n*The salary range listed is a guide for this position and may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other qualifications.
