architecture, design, development, and deployment\nCollaborate with clients and cross-functional teams (brand teams, commercial teams, data science, analytics, product) to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions\nDrive techno-functional decision-making related to data source gaps, business rules, dependencies, scope boundaries etc required for a successful delivery \nManage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery risk across concurrent engagements\nConduct code/architecture reviews and ensure adherence to performance, security, and scalability standards\nDefine and enforce best practices for data pipeline development, code quality, and CI/CD across the team\nOwn hiring, performance reviews, and career development for the team\nStay current on emerging data engineering trends of AI enablement and evangelize adoption where relevant\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8+ years of overall experience, with 6+ years in a data engineering leadership/management capacity\nExposure to at pharma commercial function and strong understanding of related datasets and nuances\nDeep expertise in at least two major cloud platform (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks)\nProven experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise grade data solution -
