The role will also require strong engineering design capabilities, hands-on development, technical leadership, code reviews, and ownership across the product development lifecycle.\nRequirements for the Role:-\n7-11 years of experience in software/product engineering with strong hands-on development expertise.\nStrong experience building scalable and secure web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.\nProficiency in backend technologies such as Python and/or Node.js; exposure to Golang or Rust is an advantage.\nStrong front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6/ES7, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.\nStrong understanding of OOAD, SOLID principles, design patterns, clean coding, and application architecture.\nExperience designing application databases, including ER diagrams, data flows, and API interactions.\nStrong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools such as Terraform and CloudWatch.\nStrong working knowledge of GitHub/Azure DevOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.\nExperience integrating authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.\nGood knowledge of Agile/Scrum engineering practices and tools such as JIRA/Azure DevOps.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple engineering priorities in a fast-paced product environment.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude to improve development productivity and code quality is desirable.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nLead the technical design and development of scalable enterprise applications and product capabilities.\nOwn the design and implementation of REST APIs, backend services, microservices, and application integrations.\nDrive architecture and design decisions with an emphasis on scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and reliability.\nBuild and guide the development of responsive, reusable, and maintainable front-end components.\nLead application database design and ensure appropriate data models and integration patterns.\nProvide technical leadership and engineering guidance to developers while remaining hands-on with development.\nDrive code quality through design reviews, code reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in the complete product lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.\nOptimize applications and services for performance and scalability.\nEstablish and improve automated testing, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment practices.\nDrive effective adoption of CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud-native engineering practices.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and engineering bottlenecks and drive them toward resolution.\nMentor engineers and help strengthen engineering practices across the team.\nChampion AI-assisted software-development workflows using tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot, including reusable development skills and agents where
