in code reviews to maintain code quality.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers.\nWrite unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and security of applications.\nDebug and troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality software.\nEnsure application performance, scalability, and security in production.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n2-4 years of relevant work experience.\nExtensive experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.\nProficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating them seamlessly with frontend applications.\nExpertise in using Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) for efficient database interactions.\nProficient in designing and implementing database schemas.\nExperience with database migration scripts to manage schema changes efficiently.\nKnowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.\nStrong problem-solving skills, including debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.\nAbility to approach challenges with a creative and analytical mindset.\nDemonstrated use of software design patterns to create maintainable and scalable code.\nKnowledge of architectural patterns for building robust and scalable web applications (e.g., microservices, layered architecture).\nProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including participation in code reviews and knowledge sharing.\nExperience with version control systems such as Git.\nUnderstanding of code optimization and security best practices (good to have).\nStrong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms in web applications (good to have).\nExperience with containers and containerized deployment (e.g., Docker) (good to have).\nCloud experience to deploy, monitor, and manage web applications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) (good to have).\nFamiliarity with caching strategies and message queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
