{"id":3396281,"url":"https://alion.io/job/mathco-technical-delivery-head-data-analytics","title":"Technical Delivery Head - Data Analytics","company":{"id":455909,"name":"MathCo","domain":"mathco.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/mathco","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Career site","truth_index":null},"role":"Analytics","role_family":"Analytics","seniority":"head","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Bengaluru, India"],"countries":["IN"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":26000,"max_usd":56000,"period":"year","method":"global_role_cell_scaled_by_country","sample_n":404},"experience_years_min":15,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Agile","optional":false},{"name":"AWS","optional":false},{"name":"Azure","optional":false},{"name":"GCP","optional":false},{"name":"Hadoop","optional":false},{"name":"SQL","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-28T11:38:27Z","employer_posted_date":null,"last_verified_at":"2026-10-28T11:38:27Z","board_verified":false,"closed_at":null,"days_open":0,"trust":{"level":"not_scored","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":0},"description":"About the Role :\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Unit Head to drive the successful execution of large-scale data and technology programs.\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving complex business and delivery challenges, owning the data and product roadmap, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.\n\nYou will provide strong operational and program leadership while working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the identification and definition of complex business challenges, whether they arise from delivery challenges (resource bottlenecks, technical obstacles) or customer-side issues (usability, satisfaction).\n\n- Break down these challenges into smaller, manageable components and align teams toward clear goals and outcomes.\n\n- Develop and maintain the program roadmap, aligning it with organizational goals.\n\n- Adjust and adapt the roadmap based on changing business priorities, feedback from stakeholders, or unforeseen challenges.\n\n- Develop a deep understanding of the program's value to customers and clients.\n\n- Ensure we address customer pain points and drive business growth.\n\n- Ensure that features and updates meet customer expectations.\n\n- Oversee the execution of operational processes, ensuring all teams are aligned and accountable for meeting program objectives.\n\n- Track progress and continually optimize workflows to enhance productivity and performance.\n\n- Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including development teams, designers, marketing, sales, customer support, and leadership.\n\n- Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to ensure alignment on goals and progress.\n\n- Articulate complex business problems, product strategies, and program progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.\n\n- Provide regular updates on program status, roadblocks, and solutions.\n\n- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the program and processes, drawing from customer feedback, performance metrics, and lessons learned.\n\n- Drive ongoing optimization efforts to enhance program performance and user experience.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience :\n\n- 15 - 20 years of overall work experience, with 10+ years of experience in Program and Project Management.\n\n- Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and report on project status.\n\n- Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases and analyzing data.\n\n- Familiarity with the technical aspects of data product development, including architecture and cloud infrastructure, to effectively communicate with development teams.\n\n- Experience in building data processing applications using Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Experience in building scalable enterprise data warehousing and modelling on-prem and/or on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).\n\n- Experience in managing and executing large programs;
