We’re experts in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics and distribution, marketing, design, and customer service - we don't just make it happen, we ensure it happens with excellence.\nWe’re more than manufacturing, we’re MAT.\n We are looking for an extremely reliable Accounts Receivable professional with strong communication, math aptitude, analytical, and problem solving skills with experience working in a manufacturing environment.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nInteract with customers via email and customer portals regarding payment status of past due invoices (business to business collections)\nResearch and resolve payment discrepancies (deduction management)\nApply cash receipts in SAP\nPrepare various daily, monthly and quarterly reports utilizing SAP and Excel\nObtain shipping documents and proof of deliveries from freight carriers by email or website\nOther projects as assigned\nAssociate’s degree and/or comparable years of related experience\nBasic knowledge of accounting concepts\nSAP experience is preferred but not required\nComprehensive knowledge of Windows with a strong emphasis of Excel (intermediate level)\nEffective, professional, and clear communicator\nHave the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high volume work environment\nStrong organizational skills, detail oriented and self-motivated\nSelf-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently\nData entry with high level of accuracy and speed, especially 10 key (numeric keypad)\nWillingness to learn\nThe pay range for this position is $21.50 to $26.50 per hour.
