The ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas;\nMust have 5+ years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role, with strong mechanical & electrical skills. \nMust have a working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\nAble to identify problems and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment downtime.\nAbility to read and understand blueprints, schematics, drawings, and service manuals.\nMust be computer literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nJOB PREREQUISITES:\nAbility to meet attendance standards. All full-time employees are required to work a 40-hour week. Sometimes, it may be necessary to work additional hours to accomplish the required tasks and meet deadlines. \nHighly motivated and well-organized.\nMaintain high personal standards of quality.\nDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and effectively communicate with management and direct reports. Should have the ability to recognize communication gaps and appropriately address them.\nExcellent problem-solving and team motivational skills are a must.\nMust be flexible, adapt to work environment changes, and manage competing demands.
