Coordinates prototype activities through the technical center and supports product development from concept through launch.\nPrinciple Responsibilities\nLead vehicle ride and handling development, objective and subjective evaluations, and passive damper tuning activities.\nSupport the design, specification, and integration of passive dampers into OEM vehicle platforms.\nCoordinate, review, prioritize, and track prototype requests through the Technical Center to support engineering, customer, and program timing requirements.\nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, quality, and prototype build teams to resolve technical issues and support prototype builds.\nDevelop and execute proving ground, laboratory, and public road validation plans.\nAnalyze vehicle dynamics, ride, handling, and durability data to optimize damper valving and suspension performance.\nSupport APQP, DFMEA, DV/PV testing, engineering changes, launch readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSoft Competencies\nAbility to implement plans;
