Learn More: https://www.mathworks.com/company/jobs/resources/applying-and-interviewing.html#onboarding.\n\nAs a Senior Software Engineer in the Embedded Targets team, you will apply your embedded expertise to advance Model-Based Design and production code generation solutions for deployment of algorithms such as motor control, power conversion, multicore applications, audio and video processing on microcontrollers and DSPs. You will collaborate with other innovators throughout the company to build tools that automatically translate MATLAB and Simulink designs to optimal embedded implementations.\n\nMathWorks nurtures capabilities for embedded processors.\nAs part of a dynamic, high-energy and fast-growing team, you will be involved in technical projects from concept to product release.\nYou will collaborate with other technical leaders throughout the company to advance code generation technology.\nYou will be responsible for software architecture design, code implementation, defining testing strategies, tracking your project and finalizing the product.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nA bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.\n\nAdditional Qualifications\n\nExperience with MATLAB\nExperience with embedded development environments: IDEs and debuggers\nExperience programming device drivers (e.g., CAN, I2C, SPI, SCI, PWM, A/D converters, video decoders/encoders, etc.)\nExperience with complex software development projects requiring collaboration with multiple developers\nExperience with Simulink\nExperience with integrating run-time libraries\nExperience with baremetal or real-time operating systems (RTOS) , e.g., FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux, Android, VxWorks\nExperience with SoC (e.g. Zynq)\nExperience with Programming in any Embedded Architecture (Eg: ARM Cortex-M, ARM Cortex-A, C2000)\nExperience with programming multi-threaded, multi-core embedded applications\nExperience with object-oriented design and analysis (OOAD)\nExperience with FPGAs\nExperience with AUTOSAR and CDD
