As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing our DataOps platform. platform, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.\n\nLead Features: Take ownership in leading the development of core features and services from conception to completion, with minimal oversight.\n\nMentor & Lead: Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices, and provide technical leadership across projects.\n\nDrive Improvement: Champion continuous improvement efforts to ensure our systems are adaptable to evolving business needs.\n\nTroubleshoot & Optimize: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.\n\nCollaborate: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, etc.) to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on builder and technical leader who can independently drive innovation and impactful contributions to complex systems.\nMust-Haves:\nExperience: 5+ years of vast hands-on software development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior software engineering role focused on significant impact.\n\nHands-on Technical Expertise: Proven exceptional proficiency in core technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python and deep understanding of high-performance SQL/NoSQL database design and K8S.\n\nSaaS & Data Systems: Proven track record designing and building scalable SaaS platforms or complex data-driven systems.\n\nExperience working with message queue technologies (e.g., Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) to build scalable and reliable data pipelines.\n\nCloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, for deploying and managing applications.\n\nImpact & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership, driving impactful contributions.\n\nEntrepreneurial Mindset: A passion for solving challenging technical problems, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\n\nNice-to-Haves:\nData Tools Domain: Experience within a data tools company (e.g., ETL, Reverse ETL, Observability, Catalog).\n\nSoft Skills: A strong team player with excellent communication skills who can collaborate
