We're ultra-hardworking people committed to solving tough problems that save precious time and energy.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Visual & Marketing Designer to help bring Matic’s brand, product, and marketing to life across digital and physical touchpoints.\nIn this role, you’ll design assets for campaigns, product launches, social, email, web, and sales materials, working closely with product, marketing, and leadership. You’ll help translate complex robotics and AI concepts into clear, compelling visual communication-and you’ll grow your skills and ownership as the company scales.\nThis role is ideal for an early-career designer with strong fundamentals, great taste, and a desire to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign marketing and brand assets across channels: social, email, ads, web, and product marketing\n\nCreate visuals for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand storytelling\n\nProduce digital and print-ready materials for sales, partnerships, and customer-facing needs\n\nSupport landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchy\n\nHelp maintain and apply Matic’s brand system across touchpoints\n\nBuild and use templates to speed up recurring work and keep things consistent\n\nCollaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into clear visual designs\n\nTake projects from brief to final delivery with guidance and feedback\n\nWhat You Bring\nStrong fundamentals in visual design: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition\n\nA portfolio showing thoughtful visual or marketing design work (school, internships, or personal projects welcome)\n\nComfort working in Figma and basic familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator\n\nAbility to take feedback, iterate, and learn quickly\n\nGood organization and attention to detail\n\nClear communication and a collaborative mindset\n\n0-2 years of experience, or equivalent hands-on/project-based experience\n\nNice to Have\nInterest in consumer tech, hardware, robotics, or product-driven companies\n\nBasic motion or video skills (After Effects, simple animations, or Lottie)\n\nFamiliarity with web or CMS tools\n\nInternship or freelance experience in marketing, brand, or visual design\n\nExcitement about growing into more ownership and responsibility over time\n\nPortfolio (Required)\nPlease include a portfolio showcasing relevant design work. Base Salary is one part of the total compensation package.
