We're ultra-hardworking people committed to solving tough problems that save precious time and energy.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a senior-level software engineer who can own our iOS stack and ensure that it serves as an intuitive, visually appealing interface for the connections between our robots and the humans who use them.\nIf you’re passionate about writing good code and excited by the opportunity to connect humans and robots, we’d love to learn more about you.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild a mobile app that enables delightful, multi-modal interactions between humans and robots and mirrors the real world in 3D in real time.\n\nCreate first-of-its-kind mapping, scrollable time-lapse, and dynamic user interface on a 3D world that's super intuitive and feels like magic to users\n\nClosely collaborate with our Design, Software, Algorithms, and Hardware teams to bring to life a product vision that changes users' perception of what’s possible\n\nBe part of a small team of talented engineers, with huge impact on the trajectory of our product\n\nWhat we look for\nExperience building iOS applications from end-to-end, especially with a focus on 3D graphics or game development\n\nSystems-level fluency in Swift, Rust, and/or Python is required; experience with C/C++, Objective-C, or Android development is a plus\n\nComfort with math fundamentals that go well beyond front-end development\n\nFamiliarity with vertex and compute shaders, coordinate-space transforms, and rasterization pipelines is a plus\n\nStrong product and design intuition driven by a genuine obsession with user experience\n\nProven track record of mobile launches\n\nPride in your programming and attention to detail\n\nComfort with a fast-paced, startup atmosphere -- you don’t shy away from the hard work\n\nAbility to take risks, a passion for learning, and no fear of failure\n\nCompensation\nBase $120,000 - $200,000\nActual Compensation will depend on skills, experience and qualifications. Base Salary is one part of the total compensation package.
