Job Description

Matic Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital platforms.

The role involves designing social media posts, creatives, and marketing materials, along with editing videos and creating short-form content such as reels. Candidates should be comfortable working with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite and be willing to learn, experiment, and contribute creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, and digital marketing creatives.
• Create logos, brochures, flyers, business stationery, and other branding materials.
• Edit videos and create reels and short-form content for social media platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual content.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print designs.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions while meeting project deadlines.
• Explore and use AI-powered tools for image generation, video editing, and creative enhancement.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of experience in graphic design; candidates with relevant internship experience or a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools.
• Ability to create and edit reels, promotional videos, and other social media content.
• Basic understanding of logo design, typography, colour theory, layouts, and branding.
• Familiarity with AI tools for image generation, video creation, and editing.
• A creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is preferred.
