Infrastructure Architecture :\n\n- Design end-to-end cloud architecture for the SaaS platform (compute, networking, storage, DB, multi-tenancy model).\n\n2. Automation & IaC :\n\n- Standardize environments through infra-as-code standards using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to eliminate manual configuration.\n\n3. CI/CD support :\n\n- Support DevOps team to Optimize deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions for zero-downtime releases.\n\n4. Cost & Performance Optimization :\n\n- Audit AWS usage to optimize spend and right-size resources without sacrificing performance.\n\n5. Incident Response & Security :\n\n- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for AWS Infrastructure related incidents.\n\n- Design security architecture IAM, network segmentation, encryption, compliance - SOC2/ISO27001/GDPR as applicable.\n\n6. Mentorship :\n\n- Guide junior engineers and document best practices.\n\nAdditional responsibilities :\n\n- Evaluate and select cloud services/vendors for new Applications (AWS/Azure/GCP, managed vs self-hosted).\n\n- Own non-functional requirements: scalability, high availability, DR/BCP, latency, cost optimization.\n\n- Create capacity planning and cost-modeling for infra spend.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Experience : 6+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure roles with 2+ years in Architecture/Solution designer role.\n\n- DevOps working knowledge will be an added advantage.\n\n- AWS Expertise : Deep knowledge of EC2, EKS/ECS (Containers), RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route53, ALB, WAF, DR setup, IAM etc., working knowledge of GCP/Azure.\n\n- Containerization : Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.\n\n- Monitoring : Hands-on experience with observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, etc.\n\n- Certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional is preferred choice. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate can also be considered based on expertise.\n\n- Deployment : Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
