While the consultant will be involved in all HCM-related activities, strong expertise in Time Management and Time Evaluation is a mandatory requirement, as these areas represent a significant portion of the functional scope and support activities.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve issues, support projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.\nZakres obowiązków\nProvide functional support and maintenance for SAP ECC HCM, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and production issues.\nConfigure, support, and troubleshoot SAP HCM Time Management and Time Evaluation, including schemas, rules, work schedules, quotas, absences, and attendances.\nAnalyze business requirements and implement configuration changes, enhancements, and change requests across SAP HCM modules.\nSupport and maintain Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and ESS/MSS functionalities.\nInvestigate complex HCM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop effective solutions while minimizing business impact.\nSupport integrations between SAP HCM and third-party applications, including troubleshooting data and interface-related issues.\nWork closely with HR, Payroll, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful delivery of changes.\nWymagania\nMinimum of 5 years of experience working as an SAP ECC HCM Consultant.\nProven experience in handling maintenance, change requests, enhancements, and ongoing support within SAP ECC HCM.\nExperience supporting multiple HCM modules in a production environment.\nExperience with SAP HCM integration with third-party applications.\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.\n\nFunctional & Technical Skills\nStrong proficiency in SAP ECC HCM configuration, troubleshooting, and support.\nComprehensive understanding of SAP ECC HCM functionalities with focus on:Personnel Administration (PA)\nOrganizational Management (OM)\nTime Management\nEmployee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)\n\nMandatory Time Management Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience in:\nTime Management\nTime Evaluation\nTime Reporting processes\nWork Schedules and Holiday Calendars\nAbsence and Attendance Management\nTime Quotas\nThe candidate must be able to analyze, configure, support, and troubleshoot complex Time Management and Time Evaluation scenarios.\nStrong hands-on experience with
