While the consultant will be involved in all HCM-related activities, strong expertise in Time Management and Time Evaluation is a mandatory requirement, as these areas represent a significant portion of the functional scope and support activities.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve issues, support projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.\nZakres obowiązków\nLead S4HANA development activities across enhancements, integrations, custom solutions, and strategic initiatives.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance and architectural direction for development teams.\nEnsure development quality, maintainability, performance, and compliance with SAP best practices.\nSupport future S/4HANA upgrades and transformation initiatives.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Functional Leads, Architects, PMO, and IS teams.\nDrive innovation across the SAP development landscape.\nEvaluate and introduce modern SAP technologies, frameworks, and tools.\nPromote adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), automation solutions, and AI-assisted development capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, development quality, testing efficiency, and delivery speed.\nEstablish modern engineering practices and Continuous Improvement culture.\nTeam Development\nStrengthen the professional capabilities of the existing development team.\nCoach and mentor developers through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing.\nDefine development standards, technical guidelines, and best practices.\nBuild technical competency in emerging SAP technologies and modern development approaches.\nFoster a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.\nDelivery Excellence\nLead development planning, estimations, resource allocation, and execution.\nSupport multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining delivery quality.\nManage technical risks and proactively propose mitigation actions.\nEnsure effective knowledge transfer and sustainable solutions.\nWymagania\n5+ years of SAP development experience.\nMinimum 2 years leading SAP development teams or technical delivery teams.\nProven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development.\nStrong background in end-to-end Build activities.\nExperience in manufacturing or process-industry environments.\n\nTechnical Skills\nExpert knowledge of ABAP core principles – modern ABAP syntax (7.6+), OO, enhancements SAP extensibility concepts.
