This role requires fluency in Spanish and a strong background in managing client-facing initiatives in multicultural environments. You will be the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Leadership:\nDrive one or more concurrent projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating with internal technical teams and external clients.\nClient Engagement:\nLead client meetings including demos, workshops, and steering committees. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively to senior stakeholders.\nEnd-to-End Ownership:\nManage scope, budget, timelines, resources, and change management processes.\nRisk & Value Management:\nIdentify and mitigate risks proactively. Ensure project outcomes align with business goals and deliver measurable value.\nTeam Collaboration:\nFacilitate internal ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives) and foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.\nConsultative Approach:\nUnderstand client needs and provide strategic guidance on solutions, balancing expectations and feasibility.\nProduct Familiarity:\nDevelop a deep understanding of our product and collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure alignment with client goals.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field.\nOne or more certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP.\n5+ years of experience managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience with JIRA and other project management tools.\nWillingness to travel up to 20% of the time.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBackground as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist.\nExperience managing Data Science projects and understanding the Data Science Life Cycle.\nProven success in leading discovery workshops and project kick-offs.\nWhy Join Us?\nYou’ll work with a talented global team, contribute to meaningful technical initiatives, and help shape a high-performing DevOps culture.\nMatrix is a global, dynamic, and fast-growing technology services and consulting company with over 17,000 employees worldwide.
