We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.\n Job Title: Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Production Support Analyst\nLocation: Hyderabad, India\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (BY) Warehouse Management System (WMS) Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for warehouse operations supporting DTC (Parcel) and B2B fulfillment environments.\nThis role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving WMS production issues, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, maintaining integrations with OMS, ERP, TMS, and carrier systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with warehouse operations, IT teams, and onshore stakeholders to ensure system stability and operational excellence.\nThe role requires strong expertise in BY WMS architecture, MOCA queries, SQL troubleshooting, integrations, and order fulfillment workflows.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduction Support & Incident Management\nProvide Level 2 / Level 3 production support for BY WMS environments.\nMonitor WMS production jobs, interfaces, and health systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues impacting warehouse operations, order processing, and shipping workflows.\nInvestigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).\nCoordinate with infrastructure, integration, and business teams to restore service quickly.\nManage track incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in Jira/ServiceNow.\nBY WMS Functional Support\nSupport core WMS processes including:\nOrder allocation and wave planning\nPicking and packing operations\nShipping and manifesting\nParcel and LTL shipment processing\nInventory movements and adjustments\nASN processing and order confirmations\nTroubleshoot issues impacting DTC (parcel) and B2B fulfillment flows.\nIntegration Monitoring & Troubleshooting\nMonitor and support integrations between BY WMS and OMS, ERP, TMS, and carrier systems.\nInvestigate and resolve issues related to:API integrations\nEDI transactions\nmessage queues\nfile-based interfaces\n\nValidate inbound and outbound payloads and resolve data inconsistencies.\nWork with external systems such as Centiro, FedEx, UPS, DHL integrations.\nTechnical Troubleshooting\nAnalyze issues using:MOCA queries\nSQL queries\napplication logs\nintegration logs\n\nSupport minor configuration fixes and data corrections in production.\nAssist development teams with issue replication and debugging.\nSupport hotfix deployments when required.\nRelease & Deployment Support\nParticipate in release validation and production deployments.\nValidate system health after releases.\nSupport SIT/UAT defect validation and production readiness checks.\nMaintain release documentation and rollback plans.\nReporting & Label Support\nTroubleshoot issues with shipping labels and reporting tools.\nSupport Jasper reports and Nice Label / BY Label Designer configurations.\nAssist operations teams with report validation and troubleshooting.\nOperational Monitoring & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor daily warehouse operational metrics.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend system improvements.\nCreate knowledge base documentation and runbooks.\nDrive automation and monitor improvements.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field\n5+ years of experience in Blue Yonder / JDA WMS\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes\nHands-on experience with:MOCA queries\nSQL troubleshooting\nBY WMS configurations\n\nExperience supporting DTC parcel and B2B warehouse operations\nExperience with API / EDI integrations\nExperience with incident management and production support processes\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting carrier integrations (FedEx, UPS, DHL)\nFamiliarity with TMS platforms such as Centiro\nExposure to BY Labor Management or Yard Management\nExperience in Omni-channel fulfillment environments\nKnowledge of ITIL Production Support Processes\nBlue Yonder certifications\nKey Competencies\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills\nAbility to handle high-priority production incidents\nStrong communication with operations and IT teams\nAbility to work in global support model (overlap with US EST)\nOwnership mindset with focus on operational stability and continuous improvement\n Don’t meet every single requirement?
