The role offers the opportunity to work with regional and global stakeholders while driving procurement excellence in a world-class manufacturing environment. You will lead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect procurement categories, develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and global procurement policies, and identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve the best value in quality, cost, delivery, service, and sustainability.\n Key responsibilities\nLead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect procurement categories\n\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and global procurement policies\n\nIdentify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve the best value in quality, cost, delivery, service, and sustainability\n\nLead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and long-term supplier agreements\n\nMonitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Global Procurement teams\n\nDrive cost reduction, Value Engineering (VE), productivity improvement, and risk mitigation projects\n\nSupport CAPEX projects and new supplier development initiatives\n\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and corporate Code of Conduct\n\nAnalyze procurement data and prepare KPI reports to support business decisions\n\n Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields\n\n5-8 years of procurement experience in a multinational manufacturing environment\n\nStrong background in Strategic Sourcing\n\nStrong background in Supplier Relationship Management\n\nStrong background in Contract Negotiation\n\nStrong background in Cost Optimization\n\nExperience in Indirect Procurement, Engineering Procurement, or CAPEX Purchasing is highly preferred\n\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills\n\nGood understanding of procurement processes, supplier performance management, and contract management\n\nExcellent project management and stakeholder management skills\n\n Welfare & Benefits\n5-day work week (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM -
