We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.\nKey Responsibilities\nEPBCS Application Design & Development\nDesign and implement EPBCS applications covering:\n\nFinancial Planning (Revenue, Expense, OPEX, CAPEX)\n\nWorkforce Planning\n\nCapital Asset Planning\n\nProfitability and Cost Allocation models\n\nConfigure:\n\nCubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata\n\nForms, dashboards, and task lists\n\nBusiness rules and validation logic\n\nBusiness Rule Development & Automation\nDevelop and maintain calculation logic using:\n\nBusiness Rules (Calculation Manager)\n\nGroovy scripts (for validation and automation)\n\nImplement:\n\nAllocations\n\nDriver-based planning\n\nCurrency conversions\n\nForecasting models\n\nOptimize calculation performance and data processing efficiency.\n\nData Integration & Management\nManage data integrations between EPBCS and source systems (ERP, Data Warehouses).\n\nWork with:\n\nData Management (FDMEE / EPM Data Integration)\n\nSmart Push / Data Maps\n\nREST APIs (where applicable)\n\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.\n\nReporting & Analysis\nBuild and support financial reports and dashboards using:\n\nSmart View (Excel-based reporting)\n\nManagement reports / Financial reporting tools\n\nSupport ad-hoc analysis for FP&A teams and business users.\n\nProduction Support & Enhancements\nProvide L2/L3 support for EPBCS applications.\n\nTroubleshoot application, data, and performance issues.\n\nSupport monthly/quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles.\n\nHandle enhancements, change requests, and system improvements.\n\nBusiness Collaboration\nWork closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Business stakeholders.\n\nTranslate business requirements into EPBCS design and configurations.\n\nFacilitate requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT support.\n\nTesting & Deployment\nLead testing activities including:\n\nUnit testing\n\nSystem integration testing\n\nUAT support\n\nManage migrations across environments (DEV / TEST / PROD).\n\nEnsure proper documentation of releases and changes.\n\nGovernance & Documentation\nMaintain functional and technical design documents.\n\nEnsure compliance with financial governance and audit requirements.\n\nSupport change management and release processes.\n\n Qualifications\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion / EPBCS implementations.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in:\n\nEPBCS configuration and administration\n\nFinancial planning and forecasting models\n\nBusiness rules and calculation logic\n\nStrong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).\n\nExperience with:\n\nData integration tools (FDMEE / Data Management)\n\nSmart View reporting\n\nMetadata and dimensional modeling\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with **Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service implementations.\n\nKnowledge of Groovy scripting in EPM Cloud.\n\nExposure to Essbase architecture and optimization.\n\nExperience with REST APIs and automation.\n\nStrong Excel and financial modeling skills.\n\nExperience in Agile project environments.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication with Finance and IT stakeholders\n\nAbility to handle financial close and planning cycles under deadlines\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\n\nStakeholder management and requirement translation skills\n\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
