What Your Impact Will Be:
- Support with invoice approvals in Coupa.
- Payment requests and validation of completed payments.
- Assistance and support for internal users and vendors regarding questions about the Accounts Payable (AP) process.
- Payment confirmations.
- Reports for the Tax team (reports are downloaded from the system and reconciled against bank information).
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance or related field
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
- Assertive and effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize and simplify processes.
- Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency
