We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.\nWe are seeking an experienced Application Packager to support enterprise software deployment across a global Windows environment supporting 10,000+ endpoints.\nThis role is responsible for packaging, testing, and deploying enterprise applications using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and related endpoint management tools. The Application Packager ensures applications are deployed reliably, securely, and in alignment with enterprise standards.\nThis is a hands-on technical role focused on packaging quality, deployment success, and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nPackage and deploy enterprise applications (MSI, EXE, scripted installs) using MECM.\nCreate and validate detection methods, dependencies, supersedence, and rollback strategies.\nSupport 10-20 packaging requests per month across business units.\nEnsure deployments meet security and compliance standards.\nPerform functional testing in pre-production environments.\nValidate silent installs, uninstall behavior, version control, and upgrade paths.\nCoordinate UAT with business stakeholders when required.\nMonitor deployment success rates and troubleshoot installation failures.\nAnalyze logs and remediate packaging-related issues.\nReduce rework by improving packaging standards and documentation.\nAssist with application updates and version lifecycle management.\nPartner with Security and Vulnerability teams to prioritize high-risk software remediation.\nEnsure timely deployment of critical application updates.\nDevelop PowerShell scripts to enhance packaging efficiency.\nStandardize packaging templates and reusable components.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation.\nMaintain packaging documentation and change records.\nEnsure proper version tracking and audit readiness.\nFollow enterprise change management processes.\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5+ years of experience in application packaging within enterprise environments.\nStrong experience with MECM application deployment.\nExperience packaging MSI, EXE, and scripted installations.\nStrong troubleshooting skills using logs and deployment diagnostics.\nWorking knowledge of PowerShell scripting.\nUnderstanding of Windows 10/11 environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Intune application deployment.\nFamiliarity with vulnerability management workflows.\nExperience supporting global or multi-site environments.\nExperience with automation or scripting frameworks.\nSuccess in This Role Looks Like\nHigh deployment success rates with minimal rework.\nConsistent, standardized packaging methodology.\nReduced backlog and faster turnaround for software intake requests.\nImproved response time for critical application updates.\nStrong partnership with endpoint engineering and security teams.\n What We’re Looking For:\nDemonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.\n Don’t meet every single requirement?
