The operations coordinator will support customer shipments.\nPrepare outbound shipping documentation and process customer orders.\nSchedule appointments and arrange transportation for prepaid customers.\nCoordinate purchasing of day-to-day material handling suppliers.\nWhat Your Impact Will Be:\nEnsuring On time deliveries to our customers.\nEnsuring required operating supplies are monitored and in full supply.\nEnsuring transportation costs are competitive and that invoicing received is audited prior to payment.\n What We’re Looking For:\n2+ years of experience in distribution, transportation or logistics (preferred)\n2+ years coordinating truckload, LTL and courier transportation providers (preferred)\nStrong customer service, organizational and communication skills.(must)\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. (must)\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); Oracle experience is an asset.(preferred)\nCustoms and international shipping experience is an asset (preferred)\n Don’t meet every single requirement? The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
