The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) implementations, preferably with experience in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM Distributed Order Management (DOM) platforms.\nThis role will be responsible for partnering closely with our business partners to gather requirements and use cases, author user stories with acceptance criteria, document integration mappings, testing, defect triage and resolution, and go-live and hypercare support.\nThe candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the business analysis for IT solutions for Logistics and DTC functions globally.\nGather and document functional and technical requirements and user stories for WMS and OMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations.\nCollaborate with business teams, solution architects, vendors, and internal IT teams in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare project phases.\nProvide technical and functional leadership on platforms such as Blue Yonder WMS and IBM DOM.\nEnsure successful system integrations with e-commerce platforms, transportation management systems, and global logistics partners.\nSupport hypercare and production operations, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, test plans, deployment guides, and training materials.\nStay current with emerging logistics technologies and industry best practices.\nCommunication: Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring requirements and use cases are understood.\n Qualifications:\n5+ years of IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner experience with at least 3 years in logistics or supply chain technology roles.\n3+ years working in Agile sAFE delivery methodology with JIRA\nAgile sAFE Product Owner and/oor Product Manager certification (preferred)\nProven experience in functional and technical user story creation and interface mapping\nProven experience in authoring detailed acceptance criteria associated with functional and technical user stories.\nProven experience in implementing and supporting WMS and OMS solutions in complex environments.\nSolid understanding of warehouse operations, DTC fulfillment, and global logistics processes.\nExperience working with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM DOM (preferred), and Oracle ERP (preferred).\nStrong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data mapping.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).\nSoft Skills:\nExceptional team management skills, with the ability to bridge geographically dispersed teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive strategic outcomes.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business/IT stakeholders and vendors\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing business needs.\n\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.\nCultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones.\nAbout Us: We are a leading organization committed to leveraging technology to drive business success.
